Description

This is an update to my original plastic construction Speed Champions wall mount: https://makerworld.com/en/models/565201. I designed this basic mount that is nearly invisible once the model is mounted. It uses 2 small screws to mount to the wall and is solid once mounted.

This version should work with many more models including those models that have flat undersides. The original model did not work with these models.

I've included the OpenSCAD files as well with this model. I do use the LEGOs Scad project to generate the holder https://github.com/cfinke/L_EGO.scad (remove the _ from the link).

it fits quite a few different types. I do not have any of the F1 to test on but I have 12 different models that have worked with these.

I wonder if it would be possible to attach this with command strips. If you just made the rear plate longer, or filled in the whole way (I tried doing it with the customize, but then I lost the lego part

This is really great, but some of the models need longer/shorter or wider/narrower options. Any chance you could make it parametric? That way it would be much easier to customize.
