Ninebot MAX G2 Handlebar Lock Holder

This is a lock holder for the Ninebot MAX G2 and other Ninebot e-scooters with a corresponding tube profile. The lock holder is suitable for double-handcuff locks with an inner diameter of 70mm. The lock fits quite snugly to minimize rattling during the ride.
A strip of commercially available double-sided adhesive tape must be applied to the inner sides of both halves. Then, the two holder halves are glued to the tube at the desired position with the pin openings facing downwards. First, glue the first half to the tube, then the second. When attaching the second side, pay attention to the alignment of the height. Then press both pins from below until they click into place - Done. From now on, enjoy :o). No more bags needed, no scratched tube, minimal rattling, no screws, reversible. Should an unfriendly fellow pull out the pins, nothing still happens, the lock holds the halves together.
The material is mainly stressed by environmental influences. You can assess this yourself… in my opinion, PETG will meet the requirements in most cases.
