US General, Kolbalt, Sam's Club Mini Toolbox Storage

Here are a set of files I made for the top portion of a Harbor Freight Mini Tool Box (U.S. General Brand). This also fits the Lowes branded Kolbalt Mini Tool Box and Makers Mark (Sams Club). This setup will hold your complete Hot End Assemblies, hot end, included Allen keys (from the P1S set), spare hot end, needle, screws, and finally the hotend retaining clip (square metal piece). These files are modular to a point. You need to print the Complete Hot End Assembly Tray and then you can pick from the other three remaining files to complete the top portion of the box layout. Due to the size of the top box, you cannot print the entire top end of the tool box. Because of this, the required file that has to be printed is the Complete Hot End Assembly Tray. If you do not print this, and instead print two of the other files, there will be space on either side of them as it will not take up the full width. Of course, if you’re ok with that, then go for it.

You NEED TO REMOVE the black foam piece that comes with the tool box in order for these trays to fit.

Lastly, these print great on my P1S. If you have adhesion issues, stringing, etc.. This is not the files issue, this is a user issue and you need to address this prior. Ensure your build plate is clean (hot water and dish soap). Recommend turning off your Aux Fan once it gets past the first layer if you have adhesion issues (if you've cleaned your bed already).
