Parkside - drywall cutter , rifilatore
Print Profile(2)

Description
I created this project to adapt a standard drywall planer into a versatile router. In my opinion, this simple modification allows for significantly more comfortable woodworking than using a conventional wood router. Printing and assembly are straightforward, requiring only basic handcraft skills—skills you undoubtedly possess if you’re downloading this file!
After printing the first part (parts 1 of 2), you will need to install three threaded inserts, as shown in the images below:

The pre-drilled hole readily accommodates an M3 screw insert. For an M4 screw, ream the hole to 6mm to ease insertion and prevent breakage.
Install the inserts into the three holes indicated by the red arrow below:

Once complete, the base will be ready to receive the guides printed with the second file (parts 2 of 2). Attach the guides to the base using three screws of your chosen diameter and 10mm length.
The second print includes two guide types:
A square guide provides a larger support surface, ideal for working against a guide or along a profile,

and a triangular guide facilitates the creation of arcs along project edges, as shown in the images below:
