Description

Disclaimer
This project can be tricky to print and put together. Some people have had great success, while others found it didn’t work at all. Keep that in mind before starting. Good luck, and thanks for giving it a try!

This model features a functional spring-loaded Swiss escapement mechanism, designed for easy 3D printing and assembly.

The assembly process is demonstrated in the attached short-form video. Please note that if the driving spring is wound too tightly, the mechanism may not function properly, as the increased tension could cause the escapement fork to get stuck in the escape wheel due to excessive friction. To ensure smooth operation, avoid over-tensioning the driving spring. If you find the quick pace of the video lacks enough detail for assembling the mechanism or troubleshooting this issue, please let me know, and I’ll create a more detailed assembly video.

If part 5 is not printing properly, try using the "solid pin" with glue.
