Description
I made a replacement plastic part of the band saw crowned pulley for my Emco Star combination machine.
I printed the part in eSun PETG, 5 wall, 100% infill. The fit is quite tight, so that the friction itself holds the part firmely on the pulley. The crown on the part helps with blade tracking. The inner diameter of the part is 163 mm.
The pulley part number in the service parts catalogue is H1A 161 000 (part 40 and 51 on page 3 and 4).
