Description

Versatile Adapter for the Parkside PHKSA Circular Saw and PSS 1 C2 Clamp Adapter

This adapter is designed to make your Parkside PHKSA circular saw compatible with the Parkside PSS 1 C2 clamp adapter. It allows you to easily secure the saw to wooden panels, tables, workpieces, and other surfaces, enabling the saw to glide smoothly for precise and effortless cutting.

The adapter fits snugly around the base of the saw to ensure a secure hold, preventing accidental detachment during use. For extra security, you can attach a front bar with a screw to lock the adapter firmly in place—although in my experience, this hasn’t been necessary.

To save time and effort, the adapter is designed to remain attached to the saw at all times without getting in the way. This means you can grab your cordless circular saw and get to work immediately, without any hassle or extra setup.

Other Issues:Unfortunately, the part does not fit on the rail. It only goes on with a lot of pressure and absolutely cannot be moved. Very unfortunate, so much ABS material for nothing

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to print my design and share your experience It's a shame it didn't fit properly for you, that's certainly annoying, especially when a lot of material is used I think I know why: The model was designed for PLA, a material that barely shrinks when cooling ABS, on the other hand, shrinks significantly more, resulting in smaller dimensions and making the part too tight Additionally, there are slight differences in the base plates of Parkside saws, which can also lead to minor fitting discrepancies If you try it again with PLA (or possibly PETG with a slightly higher flow rate), it should fit perfectly as intended I would be happy if you try it again, and if it works this time, it would be great if you could update your review so others can see that the model works perfectly with the right material

By the way, it's important that you use my specified print profile. I have specifically adjusted some settings within it so that the model comes out exactly as intended. If other profiles or default values are used, fitting issues can quickly arise

Hello! I used your profile and changed nothing. Only the filament was automatically loaded by Bambulab because I used ABS

I have tried to print this piece several times without success, as it is oriented vertically, it ends up detaching from the base due to its weight. Could someone slice this piece with a more stable orientation

Hi, You don't mention what printer you are using? I made this part to be printed on CoreXY machines and I didn't provide a profile for the Bed slingers, and this is on purpose. I tried all orientations, but for strength, the current orientation is the only working possibility to print this part. When printed with the provided profile, and with the correct filament, I have not had the print fail, not even in mass production via Teleport (big print farm). However, I have seen many people struggle with this part, but always because they didn't use my profile, or the correct filament.

Hi, The bed is big enough, but the print is oriented in a way that the A1 mini makes it shake too much while printing. Due to this shaking, the tolerances are lost in the top part of the print, making it problematic to fit it on the machine. Sorry.

Hi, yeah sure. I don't know what happened that i forgot the A1, but I don't see any reason why it's not compatible. I am away for a few days before I have a chance to upload a new profile, but if you don't want to wait for that, please download it as a STL file and slice it yourself. Otherwise I will make a new profile by the end of next week.

If I don't have the linear guide can I use it to not ruin the circular saw plate??? I mean as protection

To be honest, I don't think so. You can lift the machine until the saw blade does not hit the table anymore with or without my print. The print doesn't add extra functionality when it comes to securing the blade.
