I have replicated a 3D-printable fidget toy

Please note, it is only a toy with no firing function; it merely mimics bolt sliding and produces a "click, click" sound, making it perfectly safe

It functions as a fidget spinner, or you can pull the trigger to retract the bolt, producing a "click, click" sound, but it has no firing function; it only creates this linkage and sound

Assembly requires a few small hardware components:

  1. 0.4 × 4 × 15 compression spring: 1 pc
  2. M2 × 8 self-tapping screws: 6 pcs
  3. 623ZZ bearing: 2 pcs
  4. 0.4 × 4.5 × 18 spring: 1 pc (If unavailable, a ballpoint pen spring can be substituted)

That's all the hardware needed. The rest is patiently waiting for the print to finish (the configuration file is divided into plates, allowing for multi-color printing without any other settings; please print directly using a 0.4mm nozzle + 0.12mm layer height). I have tested different layer height combinations, all using the common 0.4mm nozzle; a 0.2mm nozzle is unnecessary, but layer height should still be considered. Avoid using a 0.2mm layer height, as this would lose many details and increase the difficulty of bolt sliding after assembly.

The model below used the configuration file's 0.4mm nozzle + 0.12mm layer height; the one above used 0.4mm nozzle + 0.2mm layer height, resulting in significant differences in print detail

Assembly instructions are below. Enjoy!
