As the headband adjustment on my UVEX bicycle helmet keeps coming loose when I move my head to the left or right and use my jacket collar or scarf to operate the adjustment wheel, which is far too easy to operate, I have designed a cover for this adjustment wheel. Perhaps there are other cyclists out there who are annoyed by this adjustment and could use my cover.
I have included the most important dimensions of the cover in the photos.
I recommend printing with PETG to achieve the necessary stability and above all flexibility of the hooks.
