Description

3D printing and 3D graphics are my hobby and partly a source of income. If you like some of my models, please like :)

Printed profile 2020/2040/2060 including nuts M3/M4/M5.
The length of the profile is 50mm, you can easily adjust the length in the slicer by stretching it in the Z axis.

The parts are printed, they do not have the strength of metal parts.

I only used the T-nuts from this to adapt them so that a magnet fits in. It worked wonderfully to adapt the parts to our very special use case. Thank you very much for the basic structure

Printed Great. Printed 6 of the 3mm T-Nuts. Used Bambu PLA. Threads are strong. Fits the Aluminum 2020 Extrusion perfectly. A little tight on my printed 2020 but will work great when mouting multiple hole parts. Thank You

I finally printed something resembling an aluminum frame, but it seems difficult to print on the A1mini due to length limitations

This is a great model for prototyping. I printed multiple 240mm 2020 and joined them to make a great jig while I waited for the real stuff to arrive. The sizing was perfect and it prints great in the Z axis.
