Description

Since i wanted the channel to truely be vertical and not stacked ontop with the slits lined up, i took it upon myself to cut and merge the hooks and edit it, so it can be mounted as shown in the picture.

Thank you to the original designer.

Hello Is there an issue with the model's dimensions I can't slide them into my Skadis board My printed parts are 40 mm high If I force it I'll break the fixture

By slightly trimming the fastening tab it fits, but not on all Ikea panels (I have black ones where the fastening does not have enough space with the cable grommet body to slide in) Potential improvements: offset the small tab by 5 mm relative to the fastener. Add a rounded edge or a chamfer to facilitate insertion (see 3rd or 4th photo; after modifications, it fits on all my panels)

This would have been a great design, but unfortunately the details were not done well. I printed a total of 6, and 4 of them broke during assembly. I'm preparing to modify the model using your method to see how it works

This is my favorite print ever. I did a under desk cable management with it, and I loved it so much.

This works really well for vertical runs!

Very tight fit - used a support for the little nub and had to shave it just a hair to get it to mount easily. I have a feeling it has to do with what Skadis style you get. Works amazing though - thanks!

Thanks for the print. I had the same issue with the fit that others described. Trimmed the nubs in half that lock the print to the board to get them to sit flush.

Very good model, I recommend it, but if you could make a model with a lid instead of an opening for the cables to enter as it is, like electrical cable trunking, it would be better and easier to remove all the cables when needed. It's just a suggestion

Those print well and are a really snug fit. I had to use some support fopr the nub in the back and had to clean it a bit but oh man those things aren't going anywhere once installed
