Description

Updated: Jan 2026: Previous versions of this model would occasionally yield illegible superscripts (^2) because of the limitations with 0.4 mm nozzle. The newest print profile fixes this by making the “^2” a little bigger.

Original Post: I've always thought this belongs on a coaster. I tried it with different colors for text and lines, but I think it's better if the text, lines and symbols are all one color. A print profile is provided which should only have 1 color change.

Shouldn't it be "U" instead of "V"?

I normally only see U used in European context. I prefer "E" in favor of U or V. I thought most would prefer V, though... Guess we need more print profiles for each localization/preference.🤣🤦🏼‍♂️

Well, U is the symbol for voltage, and V is the symbol for the unit Volt. On the other hand, you use R for resistance, and Ohm would be the unit. Same with I for current with A for Ampere, and P for power and W for Watt. So right now, it's mixed. That being said, I have never heard of V being used like you said, so maybe it's a regional difference.

I understand your point. The use of A, O, or W would be barbaric savagery. We can agree on that. And agree to disagree on the U. U, V, and E are all widely accepted as voltage. Enough that one is not more correct than the others. I thought about all 3 before making it, but I could only pick one.🤷🏼‍♂️ If I work on this model again, I'll make another print profile replacing the V with U.
