Never even realized this was a problem, saw it on Reddit and then took a look at my truck and realized the air was probably going under the floor mat. My kids always say they can never feel it. problem solved! thank you! 

when the seat is moved back you can’t see it and the people (adults) in the backs feet don’t come close to touching it.

185mm is the length of the floor vent extension. 

What orientation / supports did y'all use when printing?

works very very well!! slips over the vent in my 2017 f150 with no issues.

I&#39;m sure this will work with other printers, you&#39;d just have a ton of filament swaps with a single nozzle the way I have it colored with red and black on the same layer for multiple layers. looks absolutely sick in my opinion though! &nbsp;Model is spot on, fit perfectly and looks great! printed with zero supports with the hex face down.
