Earring Clasp (Wing)

Description
Solution for Lost Earring Clasps
Losing an earring clasp is a common and frustrating problem. As a solution, I have modeled a 3D-printable replacement clasp.
The provided STL file allows anyone with access to a 3D printer to create the clasp themselves. Crucially, when printing, scale to 10% of the original size and adjust to a reduced print speed and 0.08 mm layers for optimal results. Users of Bambu Lab Studio software benefit from pre-set, optimized print parameters.
The clasp has been successfully tested with PLA filament, although alternative materials offering greater flexibility and durability are also suitable. The simple yet effective design ensures reliable everyday functionality.
This offers a cost-effective alternative to commercially available replacement parts.
NEW!
I have now uploaded three different profiles because earring needles vary in diameter, and therefore one model does not fit all earrings.
Models for:
- 0.6 mm earring needle diameter
- 0.5 mm earring needle diameter
- 0.4 mm earring needle diameter
