RGB 3, 4 and 5 Pin LED Solderless Connector
Print Profile(4)

Description
Three, Four and Five Pin Connectors
Now includes a 3, 4 and 5 pin connector in the print profiles.
This model is a solderless 4 pin RGB connector, the project came about when I needed to connect a 4 pin RGB light to some wires, and my
soldering is not brilliant. So, designed this to bridge the gap.
The first version worked during initial tests, however, when putting together multiple items there was an issue, the updated profile now has extended arms, ensuring wire is separated, increased slope for RGB light to help get it closer to the wire, negating the need to tin the wire.
As the design requires 3 parts these are now grouped to make it easier to print multiple copies.
Parts include:
Base: RGB light (10mm) slides through the arm, up a slight ramp to the wire holes. Wire is inserted through the 4 channels ensuring the wire meets the right connector.
Lid: Designed to slightly squash everything together and ensure the wire and LED light stays in place.
Case: Goes around the Base and Lid and keeps everything connected.
Points to Note:
- When printing in PLA then no brim was required, when printing in PETG HF the item requires brim.
- Do not remove from the print bed whilst warm, this can lead to deforming of the edges.
- You may want to tin the wires first.
- Ensure the exposed wire within the connecter is not more than 4mm.
- 5 pin connector is experimental at this point, only print one to test until confirmed as connecting correctly please.
Different Sizes

I have had a few requests for different sizes, I will gladly try it but require a photo first so I can get measurements, something like the one above will be fine, message it to me and I can give it a try
If you need something like this I hope you find it useful ;-)
