Description

I paint a lot of Warhammer 40k models, and tend to use wooden “tower game” blocks for attaching, priming, and then painting sub-assembled models in parts.

I needed a stand that would fit my blocks, so i whipped one up and thought i'd share it.

The blocks i used were from this exact set: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08839YR85/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 (notan affiliate link).

But i've also included 3D printed sized versions of the blocks so that you can just prints some for use if you like - i've added an extra wall and 15% infill to these blocks to give glue something to hold to if you're drilling into them.

The holder itself is solid with 2 walls and a mere 5% infil, it should take less than an hour to print, looks great in matt filament.
