TAMIYA XV chassi SUBARU XV wheel

Overview

This is a tire wheel for Tamiya's XV chassis radio controlled car.
It was created for the purpose of detailing up the SUBARU XV (CROSSTREK) kit.
I captured the image of the stock wheel and created it, so I am satisfied that I was able to make it look similar from a distance.

The size roughly follows the kit wheels.

Caution.

I printed this kit with PLA filament and ran it several times on a stock XV-01 chassis with no problems so far, but depending on how well it prints, it may be damaged, so please be careful with the condition.
Stronger filaments may be safer.
Please be sure to fix the tires with glue or other means before running.

Printing settings

We made a prototype with a 0.4 mm nozzle and a 0.2 mm nozzle, and the 0.4 mm nozzle was slightly lighter than the 0.2 mm nozzle. The 0.2mm nozzle was naturally better, but it took about 15 hours to print four pieces. I've included a photo for comparison.
If you have silver filament, it may be better to use silver for the white designation to get a finish closer to the actual car.

純正ホイールの画像をキャプチャして作成したので、遠目には似た感じに出来たと自己満足しております。

サイズはキットのホイールに概ね準拠しています。

・注意
PLAフィラメントで印刷し、XV-01シャーシのノーマル車両で数度走らせ今のところ問題はありませんが、印刷の出来次第で破損するかもしれませんので状態には十分ご注意ください。より強度のあるフィラメントの方が安心かもしれません。
タイヤは必ず接着剤等で固定してから走らせてください。

・印刷設定
0.4ミリノズルと0.2ミリノズルで試作したところ、0.4ミリノズルの方が若干軽く出来ました。仕上がりは0.2ミリの方が当然良いですが、4つ印刷するのに15時間ほどかかりました。比較のため写真を載せておきます。
銀色のフィラメントを持っているのであれば、白指定のものを銀にした方がより実車に近い仕上がりになるかもしれません。
