A large reason the MT9 shells jam is because the shells are a bit too long and there is not enough clearance with the magazine. Another option is to print the shells about 1MM shorter which provides enough clearance to load and function without jams. If you have a lot of MT9 shells already printed, you can take a knife and cut off about 1MM. It may not be super pretty but is an alternative that also works quite well too!
