0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill
The nose-up orientation is the way to go for cars. no layer lines on the doors. I love this designer's cars. one gripe is that the windows are terrible. they're too thick and have bad tolerances. the windshield came out rough when I printed in PETG and pla.

OMFG this is soo good love the details. didn't have transparent filament so just used white and it still came out perfect.
