Bambu Filament Refill Spacer

Description
This is a spacer ring for Bambu refill filaments to fix "AMS Overload" problems.
A number of people have been impacted by poorly wound filament refills that result in jamming and "AMS Overload" during printing. This is *incredibly* annoying when you start an 8 hour job and go to bed and it jams 45 minutes in. I tried 3 variations of filament guides for the AMS and while [this one](https://makerworld.com/en/models/905229#profileId-865189) made the greatest improvement, it did not fully solve the problem.
As the problem was mainly the filament slipping off the side of the spool and being stuck between the winding and the spool, I designed a 2mm spacer to go on the non-notch side of the spool which seems to have solved the problems (2.5 spools printed without jams, with the first added mid-spool to the one that was jamming every 30 minutes).
Only 1 color of refill seems to exhibit this problem, so if the filament appears to be snug against the spool, I do *NOT* use this spacer.
The last spool I put this on was too tight to remove the plastic retainers *after* latching the spool together, so I assembled it in place without the final twist, removed the retaining plastic, then did the final twist. That worked well and the spool is going strong, with zero problems.
If you have an AMS2 you might need a cut-out for the RFID. [This remix](https://makerworld.com/en/models/1400305-filament-spool-refill-spacer-ams-2-supported#profileId-1452064) by [Maguzzi](https://makerworld.com/en/@user_480725963) adds one!
