🎉 2026 Year of the Horse Limited Edition · New Accessories Launched!
Hello everyone! The Year of the Horse 2026 is almost here, and I've specially designed a new Year of the Horse-themed small accessory for our stress-relief Maneki-Neko and lucky candy jar

This icon features a cute 'lucky horse'—
🐴 the horse carries a large copper coin on its back, symbolizing 'instant success and immediate wealth'.
Whether hung on the Maneki-Neko or adorning your candy jar, it will bring you good luck and prosperity in the new year

This new accessory is not just a decoration, but also a small blessing from me to everyone:
For 2026, may everything go as you wish, good luck be with you always, and 'immediate wealth' be yours!

Design Notes:

  1. This cute mascot design features a lively kitten emerging from a money bag, carrying a sparkling gold ingot on its head and holding a larger ingot in its paw, ready to present it to you
  2. This image is not only lively and playful but also carries deep traditional symbolism. In Chinese culture, cats are considered auspicious symbols, representing wealth and treasures, while ingots represent wealth, prosperity, and good fortune
  3. The kitten's gesture symbolizes the arrival of wealth and good fortune, conveying blessings and festivity
  4. The bottom is shaped like a money bag, incorporating auspicious meanings from traditional culture. In Chinese culture, the money bag has profound symbolic significance; it is considered a symbol of wealth, representing abundant financial resources, flourishing family business, and career success. The money bag not only signifies 'attracting wealth and treasures' but also carries the beautiful wishes of 'preserving wealth and prospering business', 'safe and immense fortune', and 'wealth from all directions'
  5. The bottom of the money bag is adorned with a spiritual snake pattern, and the front is printed with 2025 and a spiritual snake logo, integrating the zodiac culture of the Year of the Snake. In traditional Chinese culture, the snake symbolizes wisdom, alertness, and wealth. It is associated with clever and flexible qualities and is often seen as a symbol of good luck and protection. I hope it can bring good luck and happiness to everyone!

Update Log:

2025.01.04 Update: Added a version with a keychain hole (configuration uploaded, each version has a version with a keychain hole and a version without a hole, choose one to print)

2025.01.06 Update: Increased the contact area between the rope and the printing plate to optimize print quality (all configurations have been updated, those who have downloaded before can re-download and print)

2025.01.07 Update: To highlight the zodiac culture of the Year of the Snake and add a festive atmosphere, I have added a spiritual snake element, with details as follows

1. Added a spiritual snake icon to the bottom of the money bag (this requires AMS multi-color printing; those without AMS multi-color printing can also print it directly, the icon will not be visible when printed, but it won't affect anything else)

2. Added a spiritual snake replacement for the 'Fu' character on the front of the money bag (after printing, you will get 3 'Fu' characters + 1 spiritual snake logo, choose your favorite 3 out of the 4 logos to install)

You can choose to install the spiritual snake on the front (left image), or install all three 'Fu' characters (right image)

2025.01.15 Update: Added a lighted version of the Maneki-Neko, along with a detailed production tutorial. Welcome to download and print, the tutorial is available at the bottom

Version One: Pure 3D Printed Version

This version features a printable spring mechanism in the middle of the Maneki-Neko, allowing you to have a cute, stress-relief Maneki-Neko using only a 3D Printer, without needing to purchase additional accessories

It is recommended to print with PETG or PLA material (springs need to be printed with PETG material, PLA prints have less elasticity), split design, no multi-color printing is required

Installation diagram is as follows:

1. Overall assembly diagram

  • After printing, there are two ingots; one larger ingot (with a square hole at the bottom) is installed on top of the Maneki-Neko's head, and one smaller ingot (with a rectangular mounting hole at the bottom) is installed in front of the money bag. Please pay attention to the distinction during installation

2. Money bag installation diagram

  • The ingot has a rectangular post at the bottom; first insert it into the ingot, then into the money bag (it might be a little tight, which is normal, it will stay secure without glue)

  • For the money bag's rope, it is recommended to first clip them together as shown in the image below for a test fit, then attach them to the money bag, which will make it much easier to install (if it's not installed correctly, check if there's any filament caught in the groove on the back of the left rope, you can use a small knife to trim it)
  • There are a total of 6 ancient coins around the money bag in 2 sizes (3 pieces of 10mm and 3 pieces of 9mm). The 10mm coins are installed to the left of the 'Fu' character, and the 9mm coins are installed to the right of the 'Fu' character (if you find that they don't fit during installation, you might have the wrong size, try another one)

Version Two: Keyboard Switch Version

Of course, we also provide a version that can accommodate keyboard switches; installing mechanical keyboard switches can bring a satisfying tactile feel and click sound

The installation method is the same as the pure 3D printed version, replacing the printed spring with a mechanical keyboard switch

1. Mechanical keyboard switches need to be purchased separately. I have personally tested both clicky and silent switches, and both sound great (tactile or linear switches also work). I personally like them all, so please use them according to your personal preference. For those who like a crisp and bright sound, choose clicky tactile switches like blue switches. For those who prefer a more stable sound, black or red switches are suitable. You can find cheap ones on Taobao or Pinduoduo

2. Both standard cross-stem switches and switches with dust-proof walls can be installed and used smoothly

(If the keyboard switch is too tight or too loose during installation, you can adjust the XY hole compensation in the slicer software to fit your keyboard switch)

Version Three: Spring Version

Replace the printed part with a spring to optimize the feel

Only one 0.6*8*20 compression spring is needed

The installation method is the same as the pure 3D printed version, replacing the printed spring with a 0.6*8*20 compression spring

Version Four: Lighted Version

Added lighting effects to the keyboard switch version (the base and Maneki-Neko head have been adjusted and are not interchangeable with the keyboard switch version)

Accessories needed: ①CR1220 button cell battery 1PC ②Mechanical keyboard switch 1PC ③234 square LED bead 1PC

Pure assembly, no soldering iron required, modular design, replaceable battery

For the best lighting effect, set the infill to 0% and the bottom shell layers to 5 when printing the Maneki-Neko head

We have also designed 3 different expressions for the cute Maneki-Neko

-----------------------------------------Divider----------------------------------------------

If you don't have AMS multi-color printing, or want to print the Christmas Maneki-Neko as quickly as possible, you can remove colors and use single-color printing, then paint the Maneki-Neko's eyes and mouth with black acrylic paint (acrylic markers also work)

If you have AMS, it is recommended to print the multi-color version directly (printing several at once can reduce waste)

Printing Notes:

1. If the printed Maneki-Neko head has circular layer lines on top, you can appropriately lower the layer height for printing

2. If the assembly is too tight or too loose, you can adjust the XY hole compensation and outer contour compensation in the settings to achieve the best effect (material type and material flow settings will affect the final print size; it's impossible for one model to fit all materials and printing parameters, so you'll have to adjust the compensation parameters yourself)

3. No supports needed for printing

4. When printing the Maneki-Neko's paw, it is recommended to add a skirt or print after applying glue to the printing plate; too small a contact surface may lead to printing failure

5. Regarding multi-color printing purge volume for color changes:

When printing the multi-color Maneki-Neko head, it is recommended to use the settings shown in the following image (purge multiplier 2.0, wipe tower width set to 50, flush volume set to 100). Black and white materials tend to mix when changing, so these settings can effectively prevent color blending

The effect after color blending is shown in the figure below; there will be color blending around the eyes and mouth, resulting in a grey area, so it is not recommended to compromise print quality to save material:

Making this is not easy; if there are any printing issues, please bring them up so we can solve them together. Please do not leave malicious negative reviews, thank you
