Coin slab

A really simple display card for your coins! This works best with non-corroding metals, unless you choose to store these inside a container. 

This model prints in two pieces - to add a coin, place the larger piece face down with the coin resting on the prongs, and snap the smaller piece into place. 

I recommend printing with thin walls and very sparse infill, there isn't a particularly high strength requirement for holding coins.

[02/2025] Parametric modeling 

• Updated the model with support for the parametric modeler! The default size provided is for 0.25oz gold coins, which tend to be similarly sized across countries & mints.
• the SCAD file has some comments with other common coin sizes I've measured with calipers.
