Gluetray Arka & Everglue

A portable organizer to keep superglue, epoxy resin, and activator spray readily accessible. The drawer provides storage for additional consumables and accessories, such as 30ml measuring cups, spatulas, and a measuring cup holder.

Each part requires only one print. Only the drawer needs support.

1. The pins for the handle must be carefully cut from the print support using filament or electronics side cutters and gently tapped into the holes of the handle using a hammer, additionally gluing the two halves of the handle together with a small amount of superglue. Once the glue has hardened, test the hexagonal fitting on the tray and box without glue. The handle should fit into the openings with slight pressure.
2. Insert the completed handle through the tray with a small amount of superglue and glue the tray to the top of the box using superglue; the hexagon aids in centering.
3. Insert the M3x10 screw with a washer from the inside of the drawer and use it to screw on the knob; this may be somewhat stiff. Alternatively, the knob can simply be glued on.
4. The drawer may initially be stiff; a few drops of silicone oil on the guides will work wonders.
5. Optional: The drawer can be magnetically secured with 4 magnets (10x2). Ensure correct polarity; the magnets must attract each other. To do this, glue 2 magnets each to the inside of the box and the back of the drawer into the recesses. When pressing in the magnets, place the box and drawer flat; the wall is only 0.5mm thick at this point.
