I changed the handle color for minimum poop. Still look great and only 31gr total filament.

YOU MAY need to carve the inside/sand the outside of the two male/female cylinder pegs added to the handle allowing it to press fit together, because its exact and you just may need to carve out the hole to allow the press fit. I added a dab of glue on one but none on the other so glue isnt even needed&nbsp;PERFECT top part! No support blemishes! How? I have split it to parts, and cut the handle rod in half, and added a 5x5x5mm negative and positive cylinder to create a push fit or glueable two part handle that you can insert, but it really doesnt even need glue, its press fit! easy to press it into the table as one piece lol i did a great job with this one i think, its a garunteed version that spins&nbsp;now the hammer head part can be printed on its top Flat without the supports that leave it rough (i could have also just cut that bottom part off but this guarantees it wont fuse)&nbsp;It has the 2 color and 2 color change filament savings like the other optimized profile, but also added a little tree supports tothe bottom of the one half of the handle as its top heavy. lots of brim keeps it steady even without but this helps even the worst beds. &nbsp;later I can even add a cross shape to the peg parts or a better snap fit part, but this should press pop fit, and i will also recomend a dab or glue. Then this can end up looking a lot nicer id say. &nbsp;edit: I changed the orientation of the hammer head, now it looks SO MUCH better, the top and bottom are perfect now! And its by object so it can still be only 2 color changes!

Print with 0.2mm nozzle.&nbsp;Scaled the model to 50% and adjusted the tolerance on the allow to enable the hammer head to still spin.&nbsp;Dimensions 23.3mm long, 14.6mm wide (hammer head), 39.2mm tall including handle.&nbsp;I don&#39;t have AMS so two pauses added at layer 11 (9m 53s according to slicer), and layer 157 (47m 45s) to switch filaments. Examples in the pictures are printed with black for handle and little circle on top of the hammer and silver for the hammer head.&nbsp;
