For my router table, I built a router fence using a 40x80 aluminum rail. The uploaded files include end caps for the aluminum rail, star knobs for M8 hex screws, and clamping components for the guide.

Assembly / Function:

The clamping components have the same contour as the dovetail guide of the machine table and are freely movable. An M8 screw is inserted through the hole of a clamping component and screwed into a nut in the aluminum rail. When tightening the screw, the clamping component is clamped in the dovetail profile and the aluminum rail is fixed (and can be used as a router fence). The end caps for the aluminum rail are included for optical and safety reasons.

The machine table is from an Erika Mafell table saw (a somewhat older model… :) ). If you have a different model, please let me know, and I will adjust the dimensions of the clamping component (simply send me a private message). Alternatively, I have uploaded the STEP data of the clamping component so that you can also adapt it yourself.
