Description

So this is the famous concrete cigar ashtray 4 part form/mold for DIY. You can print it, sand it and cast it with concrete or plaster.

I encourage to sand the wall at it may happend that the inside part will be hard to extract. I've sanded the walls with 120 grit and then with 600 grit. If the inside part will be hard to remove, spray it with compressed air (flip can for freezing) this will help release.

An awesome thing. I'm learning ;)

Replying to @charles.nichols :
i played around with some colored "eco resin plaster" - added some white details first and poured the remaining plaster in black on top of it. This is what i used: https://amzn.to/438WdXu

Very nice mold , it didn‘t work for me at the first try because the middle part is a little tough to extract from the dried concrete without breaking it. the ashtray looks beautifull !

very nice quality, had problems with removing the inside from the concrete but solved it with applying lubricant
