Description

For fresher coffee at home it is best not to leave the beans in a large hopper on the grinder. This print replaces the hopper with a sleeve that accepts enough beans for a single coffee and has a TPU bellows attachment to gently push any remaining beans through, ensuring that you always grind fresh beans.

There are three pieces, two that can be printed in PETG or PLA and one on a separate plate that needs to be TPU. I preferred to use the Bambu PETG HF for its increased durability. The TPU was from a sample I tuned at a lower flow than the Generic TPU setting with adjusted retraction. The key to printing the belows is to ensure that the TPU gets good layer adhesion to provide a robust but flexible print, make sure that it is dry and not printed too fast. I originally used a black TPU sample from the same brand but could not get reliable layer adhesion. I expect that the settings on my 3MF bellows plate should produce a reliable print from almost all TPU 95 filaments though.
