Description

The age old question… does anyone make refills for all those empty 2 piece Sunlu spools we've all got lying around? The answer is now a YES! Bambu does!

V3 Update: NEW Ultra-light one piece friction fit version! V3 is a small friction-fit adapter made for strength, efficiency and super quick print! Only 25 grams of filament and prints in only 25 minutes, it's strong, light and super easy to install.

It's been a long time since I updated this, and I figured it was time for something cool! The biggest complaint from my previous versions was the threads… this eliminates that, and then some!

Just twist & snap it on, place the refill in the notch, align the top half of the spool with the 2nd notch, and press down with both hands. That's it! You'll notice the random “zits” on the print… that's on purpose. The random seam dots add additional friction for a nice, tight fit. Don't worry about it falling apart, this is a SOLID connection! Drop test approved! (video coming soon).

Using my new 3 piece adapter set, you can now use Bambu Lab refills on your 2 piece Sunlu spools! Assembly is as easy as easy as using a Bambu refill on a regular roll, and it even fits perfectly on the AMS Lite!
