Balancing Skier which is a Torque Balance Demonstrator is a educational model designed to visually and interactively explain the concept of torque and rotational equilibrium in physics. Perfect for middle school to undergraduate students, this model features a pivoting beam balanced by two distinct weights—one representing a simple figure (skier), the other a sphere.

This product helps students understand:

  • How the position of a force affects rotational motion.
  • The relationship between torque, lever arm length, and force magnitude.
  • The principle of equilibrium in rotational systems.

With its sleek, durable design and ease of use, this model is an ideal teaching aid for physics classrooms or science demonstrations. It provides a hands-on learning experience, enabling students to grasp abstract concepts with clarity.

Hell naw... doesn't work out as shown. The weight is not correct. To save the print I'll have to mess around with adding weight to the skier or shave down the ball.

Love the skier and the upright but can’t find the 3rd piece of the model. I am fairly new to 3D printing!
