Description

This is a carrying handle for the Harbor Freight US General Minitoolbox.    This requires a printer with a print bed at least as large at a Prusa I3, and the handle barely fits on the Prusa (the toolbox is 11" wide).

No drilling, magnets, or glueing in required.

A left and right "A" frame, the handle, and two handle bushings need to be printed.

Two M4 X 10mm socket had bolts will be required.   The socket head is 7mm diameter, and will be sunk/hidden inside the handle pivot point.

I recommend printing from PETG or better, with 6 walls.    (I did print one set from PLA, and they worked ok, but I am worried about the long term impact resistance of PLA for this service.)

The handle will pivot freely, and can be folded back to allow the top cover to open freely.
