Description

A large hand drum with a great sound! It prints with no supports and is ready right off the build plate. Children and adults love it. It's sound reminds me of a hand-held drum with a raw-hide head like many cultures have used ceremonially. It's sound is louder than expected, too.

Great model! Printed Flawlessly. I have a grandson who is in 6th grade and in the band. He plays percussion instruments. So, I found this and Model to print for him. I used all the Designer's setting but printed in 2 color so I could try out this new TPU for AMS. I figured that it might work for simulation of the skin on the drum. It did indeed work great for giving that really Drum sound like a real drum. If you haven't tried the New TPU for AMS it works great for projects like this that need a little flexibility but it's not as flexible and TPU95A HF. It's printed in TPU for AMS (53102 Gray) and PLA Matte (11800 Latte Brown). Anyway, Great Model and great print!!! Here's a Boost!!!!
