I have owned my slonik lamp headlight for many years and as you can tell from the photo the original holder for the light snapped. Recently getting into modelling, I tried my hand at re-modelling the bracket as a replacement and I printed it out in PETG as a mockup and I'd say it is almost 1:1 with the existing model. Unfortunately the overhangs require significant support if printing vertically so I opted to lay it flat and enable the normal style support for a better print as well as to maintain the original curvature a bit better.

If you have any issues with the print I will upload a modified version that leaves more space in the headband loop so a support can hold the overhang better.

I'd also love any feedback for improvement as this is my first model and I have maybe 2-3 hours of fusion360 experience
