Nurture Right 360 Incubator Dividers (NR360)

Divider panels for the Nurture Right 360 egg incubator (NR360). Only for use during lockdown - not compatible with the turner. The long panels are designed to fit the corners of the incubator and the short panels are designed to fit the front/back/sides of the incubator.

For a 2 section setup, print the plate labelled “2or4Panel”. This will give you a 4 hole center piece, two long panels, and two supports. Optionally, you could replace the long panels with short panels depending on your preferred orientation within the incubator.

For a 3 section setup, print the plates labelled “3Panel” and “LongPanels”. This will give you a 3 hole center piece, one short panel, and two long panels.

For a 4 section setup, print the plates labelled “2or4Panel” (you can exclude the supports as they are not used) and “LongPanels”. This will give you a 4 hole center piece and 4 long panels. Alternatively, you could replace the long panels with short panels depending on your preferred orientation.

The uploaded profile uses 0.24 Draft setting with 8% gyroid infill.  I printed in PLA as it is rated around 140 degrees F and the incubator temp was ran at around 100 degrees F.  I saw no signs of degradation after a single use.

Note, sliding the panels into the center shaft takes some force at first but after a few times, they loosen up.
