Description

handle snapped on my gbbr, couldn't find a direct replacement in stock in the UK so designed and printed this. its made for a golden eagle M4, I've printed in PLA+ but ABS or NYLON/CF may be the better way to go. apparently the golden eagle and WA m4's are compatible. But if I can make one and it work and look good then why not save some money :)

there is some minor post processing needed on the shaft (sanding edges and overhang), designed it to use filament for the pins. but could always drill out and use an m2/3 nut and bolt. the rh arm can be glued in place or left to spring back. there's 2 nubs to hold a 3mm pen spring. will need a little attention on those nubs to get the spring to fit.

AIRSOFT USE ONLY, THIS IS A TOY.

this is my 4th print and this happened, I keep trying different things, any ideas what’s wrong? I’m using PLA standard, 65,70,75,80bed temps 220,225,230 nozzle temps. 0.4mm old nozzle stainless. my room temp is around 65f just so you know

I’m unsure why you are experiencing this, maybe run a calibration on your printer. I printed many and it never happened.

The same thing happens to me, and it's not about cleaning the plate since I had literally just cleaned it, and the material is calibrated correctly...the two fins are perfect, but the central stem had the same problem as yours
