Description
Ready to print, perfect transitioning fitting from your Karcher Vacuum cleaner to your Makita / Bosch jigsaw, sander, circular saw.
Extra info
Material usage: 25 - 40 grams per piece, 82 grams total, with an additional 19 grams of support, so 102 grams in total.
I printed in PETG-HF and since this is a bit flexible, the pieces fits perfectly (actually better than the standard ABS Karcher fitting)!
For easy of use and identification, I used 3 different colors but it is no must obviously.
To optimise material usage, I used 3 plates and slim supports. It is of course no problem to put all on one plate,
I would advise to use one color in that case, since otherwise it will flush a lot of material…
No AMS needed.
I've made a couple of testprints on my X1C and fitted and tested the part IRL. 🛠️

The original file was posted by olgapavlova on Thingiverse .com at May 30, 2019. I adapted it for Makersworld by making an optimal print profile, testing it several times and drawing manual support and seams.
