Description

Gonggi dices from the film Squidgame 2

Note that this is my own cad design of this game, not a remix, got the idea when I saw the series last week.

Use a sharpie to peel out the supports in the bottom of the dice, I made a pressfit with the white signs, if it get lose use superglue.

The dices are with 100% infill so they got some weight.

Put them in a giftbag and give away to friends and family and they will notice how hard the game is to master.

Included also an option to print out a box/ case for the game. Now version 2 of the box with snapin lid. Feel free to add text on the lid in Bambu Studio.

great quality. I changed the design slightly so that there was no infill. I did this to be able to pause the print when it was 75% completed to be able to fill the gonggi with sand as they usually are.

Nice print. Surprised (in a good way) by how much weight they had to them. The separate inset symbols worked really well. Much better than an all in one design requiring two colours and a bunch of filament changes. *EDIT* I thought the inset pattern on the underside was a mistake but no, it's just another set of insets for symbols on the opposite side from the "top". I just needed to pick out the support filament.

Thanks for the informative review. Regarding the supports residue on the underside an idea could be to use petg for supports and finetune the intersections to the pla. Pla and Petg does not stick to each other. But then you have to use an Ams. I might try that for the next project. 😊

It's not the support residue, that cleaned up pretty well it's the "ghost" artifact of the inset shape that is appearing on the bottom layer. It's like the shape used to create the inset is the same height (less the inset depth) as the main body of the piece and is touching the bottom layer and showing a slight outline of that triangle, square or circle shape.

It appears the model has inserts on both sides! Try using a sharp pick to remove the support material from inside of those holes. It's why there were so many shapes!

Faster, 1 Hour, 0.16mm layer, 100% infill

My first attempt failed for some reason, I tried to print 2 sets, so tried again on one set and it came off really good, perfect print. The symbols followed also printed perfect. Very happy with this as I can safely paint them the original colour then stick on the symbols. Great project very happy to recommend for SG fans as a gift Thank you so much for sharing 😊
