Model
A simple and quick solution to attach flat ribbon cables to a 30x30 mm aluminum profile
The following goals were pursued:
- Easy assembly
- Easy disassembly
- Reusable
- Secure hold
- Easy print
For assembly, the clip is simply inserted into the groove and rotated 90° clockwise until it locks into place. Insert the cable from the side, done!
For disassembly, simply remove the cable and rotate in the opposite direction
Recommended print settings
Material: I recommend PETG but PLA also works if necessary
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
0.2mm layer
Infill: 25% 3D Honeycomb
Solid top and bottom layers: 4
First and last layer infill: Concentric
