Description
Frustrated by the embarrassing bending of numerous foam swords, this 3D printed weapon prop of Lappland has been designed and open-sourced. Incorporating reinforcement, it remains straight and rigid, able to withstand swinging, dropping, and impacts, eliminating the worry of broken equipment.
The 1-meter length is ideal for home use; a 1.2-meter version with quick release is also available.
Metal components: Three 4mm diameter, 950mm long (±5mm) rods (recommended materials are 201 stainless steel or chrome-plated 45# steel).

Assembly instructions:
First, glue the hilt and steel rods together, ensuring a complete connection. Then, connect and glue it to the D-shaped connector. Finally, gradually glue on the blade sections. The blade sections have markings indicating the number, direction (point towards the blade tip), and position (semicircle or dot). Align and glue the third and first sections first, then glue them onto the steel rod.
