To prevent dough from sticking to the mold:
Lightly dust the mold with flour or starch each time you use it
Do not use excessive force; the dough should be fine enough to shape the Springerle cookies with minimal pressure

NOT dishwasher safe and do not heat above 50 degrees Celsius, as it may warp.
The material itself is food safe; however, due to the 3D printing process and the fine details, food residue may become embedded. It is therefore recommended that the mold be cleaned by hand with cold or lukewarm water
