Description
Replacement linkage bushings for Volvo P80 (S70/V70 Mk.1) equipped with M56 manual transmission.
Removes linkage play caused by worn out factory rubber bushings.
Improves shifter feel and reduces wear on other transmission components.
Drop in replacement.
Print Settings (Important):
- Use ABS or Nylon ONLY
- Use 100% Infill
Installation:
- Remove airbox.
- Remove the retaining clip.
- Remove the washer.
- Take out the old bushing.
- Pry out the brass insert from the old bushing.
- Install the brass insert on the new bushing. (see picture).
- Reinstall on the linkage, reuse the washer and retaining clip.
- Check the shifter.
- Reinstall the airbox.
Tested on V70 Mk.1, may work on other M56 equipped P80 Volvo like 850.
