Description

(Read first: TPU for AMS may be too hard for this design, if you are going to print this make sure you are using a softer TPU) TPU Phone case for iPhone SE 3rd generation iPhone 8 or iPhone 7 works great, is durable, and is designed to be easily printed out of TPU as cleanly as possible. It works well at protecting your phone from drops considering it is 3d printed.

Too tight a fit Printed in TPU, the smartphone could only be inserted with considerable force After a few days, it then tore at the upper corners I will try again with 101% or even 102%

Is it possible you have a different phone model or the case got scaled in the slicer? I've had mine on my phone for a few weeks with no problems and it fits well but definitely isn't too tight on mine even when first printed.

I have the same problem using TPU for AMS on an iPhone 8s. I couldn’t get the last corner in at all. I’m going to try scaling it to 101-102%

Do you mean the 8 plus? it seems like it is quite a bit bigger than the regular iphone 8 if that is what you have, so it either wont work or you might have to scale it up quite a bit to about 114.3% (which is the scale difference between the two) but who knows if the proportions are the same.

Printed perfectly in 12h dried Bambu TPU for AMS. Has enough flex to fit iphone inside, yet this tpu is extremely impact resistant as I found in my tests using a hammer and the hook on things I tested with.

it looks great but i think you need a soft filament for this. impossible to get my phone in and it snapped promptly.

Yup it was designed for use with TPU as it says in the description although maybe there are other models made of two pieces or something you could snap together that could be printed out of something more rigid
