Description

WIRELESS Vibration Hour Meter mount for 1-1/8 bars and 7/8 bars.

Fits Tusk Vibration style meters and also Motion Pro.  More than likely it'll fit other meters that resemble the type i used to model this mount.

Profiles and models included for both bar variants.  Measure your bars and print the needed model for this type of hour meter.

Hour meters on bikes and atvs are pretty common now a days.  Heres a nice simple, easy to install mount for your hourmeter.   I designed this after talking with some friends in the garage.  There were many mounts available for random bikes, but it seems there was never any that were kinda universal across the board.   This model kinda bridges that gap in a sense.   It also makes viewing your hour readings easy and makes it easier to keep track of maintenance.

RECOMMENDED FILAMENT:  Now.. chances are, pla will work fine for most ppl provided you dont park in the sun all the time or dont live in a high heat area.. but.. I personally recommend AT LEAST petg simply because they're meant to be mounted on a machine that is used 99.9% of the time outside.  You can also make them out of something tougher if you'd like.  Totally your call on that.

Once printed, Simply adhere the foam 3m sticker it comes with to the back of your meter and drop it down in and press firmly to make it adhere nice and snug.    You'll notice the model also has holes throughout the bottom to let water out that may accumulate within it.   Hopefully preventing any water intrusion that can take place during washing or when riding in foul weather.

The mount is super simple to install on your bars.   3 zipties hold it securely to your bars.   I personally recommend a good name brand ziptie, preferably black in color (due to their increased UV resistance).  No wider than 6mm wide or 4mm thick.   Slip them through the holes and strap it down.  Tadah.  done.

Notice: In the event that you need to remove the meter from the housing, ive incorporated 2 smaller holes that are centered in the middle of the cavity.    These small holes should allow you to use an o-ring pick or drill bit or similar device to PUSH the meter back out of its hole.

ENJOY and be safe!
