Thank you for your support! Any comments / boosts are greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: 2025-01-06 - Thanks to some user feedback / suggestions, I added two (2) holes for M3 screws (15mm max) and a slot to slide two (2) M3 nuts into the wheel. Also updated the paddle with bigger holes for the M3 screws.

This is my favorite version of a steering wheel for a Joy-Con controller for the Nintendo Switch.

It combines two designs (steering wheel and my re-designed paddle) into one print friendly (no-supports needed) model.

The paddle I re-designed because I was getting poor results when printing the original paddle (the holes towards the middle would fail).

Some user's comments mentioned printing the latch portion in PTEG instead of PLA but I have had no problem with it being PLA.

Additional part(s) required:

  • Recommend two (2) M3 screws (15mm max) and two (2) M3 nuts

An excellent file!!!! I love it. A slightly smaller version for children would be ideal

how do you access the buttons on top to use your items?

Replying to @tickitytom :
There are buttons on the top or the additional paddle allows for smaller hands to be able to push the top buttons.

this print is spectacular!!!!! just use the right screws and it attaches perfectly if the holes were smaller you could use smaller screws another thing, the bracket holding the Joy-Con is a bit too rigid but I used PLA plus2.0
