You need:
- the 3d printed parts from the file
- hexagonal M4*20mm screw
- 2x hexagonal M4x15mm screw
- 2x wing nut M4
- Sandpaper with 265x10mm
The sandpaper can be slightly tightened or loosened using the screw in the middle.
