Description

Compact spool holder with transportation handle.

An evolution of my previous project: https://makerworld.com/en/models/795075 based on your comments and ideas.

The spool holder has been moved up to avoid colliding with most of tall 3D models.

It bothered me that I could not place the printer on a shelf because of its dimensions…

The model is designed to reduce the size of the printer, especially its depth.

  • Model consists of 3 elements on 2 plates. Arm with handle and 2 Pins.

If you using generic 1kg spools like: Sunlu, Jayo, Geektech, you can print only the first plate.

The second plate consists only of the longer pin, suitable for wider spools like: Bambu

  1. After printing, just asembly with the pin.
  2. Unscrew top Z axis .
  3. Replace cover with the printed part and fasten with the same screws.
  4. For better filament routing, move the PTFE Tube Coupler into the holder slot as shown in the picture.

I will appreciate any boosts.
