Description

Simple sled runner. Sections fit together with included loose tenons. This is sized for my SawStop but I tested on a DeWalt. 19.2 mm wide, 9mm height. Print profile is PLA w/ 25% infill.

Printed great with .6 nozzle and petg did you use supports? I used auto support and they were difficult to remove

I do use supports inside the mortises. I have a pair of mini long-nose needle node pliers and I insert the open jaws down the mortise. I have been able to pull out all of the support material in one piece.

Printed great! .6 nozzle petg. Will upload a print profile for larger nozzle soon. Fits my grizzly table saw

Difficult to clean out internal supports to insert the pins. pins don't connect all the way making it too flexible.
