The Z-Axis Cleaner in pliers form is a functional tool designed for maintaining the lead screws (Z-axis screws) of Bambulab X/P series printers or other brands with a 10 mm lead screw diameter.

Design Features:

1. Pliers Construction:
   • The tool consists of two halves that resemble pliers, ensuring easy handling and application.
   • The inner sides of the pliers feature threaded grooves perfectly matched to the Z-axis lead screws for precise cleaning.
2. Central Compartment:
   • A small compartment at the center can hold cleaning materials such as toilet paper, sponge pieces, or other absorbent materials.
   • This ensures that the screws are effectively cleaned while minimizing mess.
3. Usage Method:
   • The pliers are placed around the lead screw by aligning the threaded grooves.
   • With light pressure applied, the user moves the pliers up and down while the printer’s bed is adjusted along the Z-axis. This motion allows the cleaning material to remove dust, grease, and debris automatically.

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS for durability.
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm for good detail on the threads.
• Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm standard.
