Description

An alpha-helix from 2HHB.pdb containing aminoacids 1VLSPADKTNVKAAWGKVGA19, chain A, visualized as surface.

I made this to use it for teaching Biochemistry and Structural Biology. The plan is to have a set of secondary structures in different representations, as well as whole proteins.
