A beta-sheet from 1A0S.pdb containing amino acids 334 ADTWRIASYGTTPLSENWSVAPAMLAQRSKDRYADGDSYQWATFNLRLIQAINQ387, chain P, visualized as a cartoon. Stabilizing H-bonds between the peptide backbone atoms are highlighted. I made this to use it for teaching Biochemistry and Structural Biology.
