PiStation 2 V2 - Raspberry Pi 4/5 PS2 Themed Case

Bill of Materials
Description
Introducing the PiStation 2, a cute little case for the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B and Pi 5, this model is themed around the Playstation 2 console from many of our childhoods
****Now Updated with a V2 of the case design*****
For the V2 case you will need 4 x M2.5 screws of atleast 6mm length, although you can use slightly longer as the screw holes for the mounts extend nearly the full height of the top part of the case
The V2 also features a new vented version for the Pi 4 and 5 with the vent centred over the main SOC, it does not support mounting a fan but if you are using something like the GeeekPi Pi 4 Extreme Cooling Fan Kit there is enough clearance inside the case to leave the heatsink on
It is printed in 4 parts, the top part prints logo side down and i would recommend a textured plate for this but whatever you prefer will work, the top part requires tree supports to print correctly as there are small overhangs, the inside edges are chamfered to keep the amount of support required to a minimum
The small USB decoration requires a small bit of glue to hold it in place, the Pi is held in with a pressure fit and the top case slides on top and doesn't need to be screwed in or glued, it has cutouts for all of the side and rear I/O
**update**
27/12/24 - increased the spacing on the i so that it prints correctly, thanks for the feedback :)
30/12/24 - added blank version of the top plate that doesn't include the embossed text
30/12/24 - added a Pi5 version, thanks to hailey on the bambu labs discord for testing the I/O cutout, make sure to use the correctly named plates for your model of Pi
3/2/25 - added pinhole for access to the Pi 5 power button, thanks to @user_62830047 for letting me know about this oversight
9/3/25 - This version adds 2 more top lids for the Pi 5, one features a basic vent cutout for people who use the heatsink and fan combo coolers that are smaller than the height of the rear IO, the other is a little bit thicc'er to allow you to bolt a 40mm fan to the top, i suggest using M3*12 screws so they don't risk touching the USB port housing
23/6/25 - Added brand new V2 version of the Pi case, this version changes the mounting system to replace the pegs with screw holes for m2.5 screws to secure the case and securely clamps around the pi to hold it nice and steady, the V2 version of the case is coloured white in the 3mf so that you can easily find it, the V1 is still being provided for those who don't want to use screws or prefer the current ease of access
21/7/25 - Updated 3MF files to ensure proper support settings and support blockers in place
